Spanning 4 floors, it includes a vast array of bespoke features and over 30 rooms including a gym, sauna, triple garage, home cinema, laundry room, roof terrace with hot-tub, orangery and larder. The house features a comprehensive state of the art automation system with security, audio and visual capabilities plus CCTV, perimeter alarm beams and 2 sets of automatic cast iron gates. Hot water is provided by solar power and there is a rainwater harvesting unit.

The superstructure was made with our 65mm Reclaimed Cheshire Handmade bricks and part blockwork with a K-Rend finish. The house boasts an abundance of natural materials including a huge stonemasonry package, Burlington slate roof and a reclaimed granite cobbled courtyard. The internal areas are finished with stone tiling and hardwood flooring throughout. There is an impressive bespoke manufactured joinery package that includes fitted furniture, traditional sash windows with shutters, roof lantern and panelled doors.

All external areas were extensively landscaped with many patio areas and 2 ponds plus a vinehouse, potting shed and summer house including the provision of a pizza oven, eating area and WC. All the boundary walls and summer house were built using our Reclaimed Cottage Weathered bricks which offer a subtle contrast to the 65mm Cheshire Handmade bricks.
