We are happy to provide samples to all our prospective clients free of charge.

As the products we sell are created from natural materials, it is inevitable that colours will vary slightly from images in brochures and on the website. With this in mind, we recommend that customers do view samples prior to ordering. In some cases you may already be familiar with the product and will know what to expect.

When a customer requests a sample of a product we package them as securely as possible to minimize breakages. We also try to offer samples that will give a good representation of the colours and textures you would expect from a larger batch. Listed below are the details of how a sample would be prepared;

Due to the weight of the samples, we must pass on the costs of the courier service that we use to deliver the samples to you.
