A1. Natural stone tiles will require protection against splashes and stains. They are delivered in their raw state and will need to be sealed or impregnated before they are applied. Once applied, they will need to be sealed again to form a protective barrier. Different types of sealants are available depending upon the application of the tiles.
A2. Yes. Just remember, you have spent your hard earned money on these tiles and the last thing you want is your project to be spoilt by poor workmanship. Before you employ a tiler, make sure they are experienced in using natural stone.
A3. We can advise you on the best product depending upon which tile you are using and it what application. But one thing is for sure, all natural stone tiles need sealing or impregnating.

A5. Different finishing techniques are applied to tiles before they are shipped from the quarries. Some effects achieve an older rustic look, whilst others can bring a clean sharp look. We can advise you on the different finishes of the tiles and which would meet your requirements the best.
